'UrbanStream's journey began with a humble vision: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Moretti lineage, in 1985, opened a quaint pizzeria, small in size yet rich in family traditions passed down through the ages.
The foundations of 'UrbanStream' were laid by Bianca Moretti, who mastered the pizza craft during a pilgrimage across Italy, garnering knowledge from Neapolitan pizza virtuosos. Upon her UK return, her mission was clear—to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, adhering to traditional processes and selecting only the purest ingredients.
From an intimate establishment featuring merely 12 seats, we've grown to become a cornerstone of the community, yet our pledge to quality and genuineness remains intact. Our old-school wood-fired ovens remain central to our process, our dough is prepared anew daily, and our ingredients are meticulously sourced for their unrivaled quality.
Continuing as a family-owned enterprise, the second generation of the Moretti family now steers our dedicated team. Despite welcoming a few contemporary enhancements, the soul of what we do endures: handcrafting scrumptious, sincere pizza that unites and delights.
