Thank you for shopping at UrbanStream. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product isn't used or damaged.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To return a product to UrbanStream, follow these steps:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
Exchanges

Sale items
Sale items are eligible for exchange or refund. If the sale item you purchased is defective or not as described, it will have the same return conditions as any other product.

Return Shipping
We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You should also consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
